A smooth Japan visa application process requires clear understanding of the step-by-step lodging procedure as well as the necessary set of the documents. Using our 10 years’ experience, iAdventure Escape Travel ensures that all your forms are in the right order and completed in accordance with the standards of The Japan Embassy, which minimizes the processing time and possibility of visa rejection.

We advise you to apply for a visa approximately 1 month in advance, but not earlier than 3 months. Usually, a visa is issued for a period of 3 months. However, for some types of Japan visa its validity can be 1 month or less; in this case it would be advisable to apply 2 weeks prior to your trip.
